Pineapples is a family-owned and operated restaurant, dedicated to providing island fresh cuisine to the east side of the Big Island. Our unique open air restaurant is located in the historic Pineapple Building, located on the corner of Mamo and Keawe Streets in the heart of downtown Hilo.
We’ve put our heart and soul into bringing you a taste of the Big Island, mixed with a hearty dose of aloha. We are also deeply proud of our talented island community. Artwork in the restaurant features local artists from our neighbors at One Gallery. Wednesdays through Sundays, we host a talented lineup of local, live entertainment including Mark Kaili, Darryl Castillo, Calvin Fukuhara, and the legendary Bruddah Waltah. Coming Soon, Pineapples will be serving Sunday Brunch accompanied by singer, Yisa Var!
E Komo Mai—we look forward to sharing our Big Island Ohana with you.
